Opportunity Overview
Our Product Integration and Verification group is seeking a highly motivated and
energetic Product Verification Engineer with a background in AC and/or RF technology,
test development, and/or verification. In this role you will be responsible for developing
test concepts, methodologies, custom test hardware, and product test software to verify
both the functionality and performance of our new innovative products. As a core
member of the product development team, you will integrate across all development
functions (HW, SW, Firmware etc.) to successfully bring our new products to market.
Responsibilities
• Development of AC/RF focused automated test concepts and methodologies to
support the measurement capabilities and accuracies required to verify the
functionality and performance of our new AC/RF instrumentation products.
• Development of custom PCBAs and/or other test hardware as needed to support
product verification.
• Development, debug, and release of product verification test software to the
product team and ultimately to the factory for production use.
• Integrate and collaborate with the entire product team to debug and resolve
product integration and performance issues.

• BSEE/MSEE
• 8+ years of relevant experience as a product test or hardware verification
engineer with a focus on AC and/or RF instrumentation.
• Background in object-orientated programming; C, C++, C# preferred
• Experience in a lab setting, debugging hardware, software, and product
integration issues. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and
overcome challenges.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate at different levels of
abstraction from detailed engineering discussions to updates with senior
managers and directors.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience with manufacturing release and support is a plus.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $140,900 - $225,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
