Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for a team of 4 - 6 hardware sustaining engineers.
  • Manage multiple concurrent failure analysis and design change projects.
  • Engage with customers to review, investigate and resolve escalations.
  • Author RCCA and other quality related reports.
  • Drive proactive quality improvement in new products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3+ years leading and managing a hardware engineering team
  • Experience in high-speed digital hardware design, test and de-bug.
  • Expertise in hardware quality, failure analysis, root-cause/corrective action (RCCA)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
