Job Summary:
Ryan Consulting Group, P.A. is seeking a Hardware Support Technician to manage mobile devices and accessories for customers. The role involves staging, shipping, and restoring devices, as well as managing inventory and support tickets.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Staging hardware devices by uploading & configuring software, including, but not limited to, wireless and other mobility application activations.
โ€ข Organizing and assembling hardware accessories
โ€ข Processing devices for shipment or delivery to customers
โ€ข Interfacing with customers and partners
โ€ข Product issue(s) diagnosis and resolution
โ€ข Support-ticket management
โ€ข Packing, packaging, shipping, and receiving
โ€ข Organizing and managing a constant flow of inventory
โ€ข Repair Mobile devices
โ€ข Closely follow established procedures and protocols
โ€ข Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED equivalent
โ€ข Must be able to follow specific instructions, with attention to detail; must be conscientious
โ€ข Must possess written communication skills
โ€ข Must have excellent listening and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Must possess strong interpersonal skills
โ€ข Must have the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
โ€ข Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Doc, Excel, Outlook)

โ€ข Must be able to regularly lift and/or move materials ranging from 5 to more than 50 lbs.

โ€ข one or more years of experience in a supply chain and/or warehouse environment, or in electronics (particularly mobile device setup or repair), a plus
