Retail Sales Associate Full-Time

E amp;H Ace Hardware is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and eager to help customers find the right products for their home improvement, repair, and outdoor projects.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude

  • Build lasting customer relationships by offering personalized product recommendations

  • Proactively support customers on the sales floor to meet their needs

Sales Support and Product Knowledge

  • Develop strong knowledge of store products, promotions, and services

  • Help customers locate products, explain features, and suggest alternatives

  • Demonstrate proper product and tool usage when needed

Store Operations and Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

  • Stock shelves, check inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries

  • Ensure product displays and signage are neat and well-stocked

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and support smooth store operations

  • Support management and other associates in daily tasks

  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude contributing to a friendly work atmosphere

Sales and Performance Goals

  • Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
