Schedule

Monday-Thursday

6:00 AM-4:30 PM


Compensation

Tier II: $20.00-$24.00/hour 

Tier III: $23.00-$26.50/hour

Pay is based on skills, experience, shift, equity, and business needs. 


What You Will Do

Support high-speed beverage packaging operations across bottle, can, keg, and variety pack lines while helping ensure safety, quality, food safety, and production goals are achieved.


Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment

Perform quality checks on products, labels, packaging, fill levels, and pallet patterns

Support line changeovers, startups, material staging, and line readiness activities

Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately

Troubleshoot and report equipment, quality, and production issues

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet production requirements

Requirements

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or production experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred

Forklift experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift

Ability to work around moving machinery, conveyors, forklifts, and production traffic

Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels

Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety requirements
