Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association (PHCA) โ€“ Palmyra, NJ

Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and resident communications.

This position requires strong administrative and computer skills, professionalism, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones, emails, and resident inquiries professionally

Maintaining homeowner and resident records

Entering and tracking work orders and service requests

Organizing digital and physical files

Assisting with event space reservations and community communications

Tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and rental documentation

Assist in tracking documents for rental units to ensure compliance with governing documents.

Assisting with Board meeting preparation and general office support

Following established office procedures and administrative processes

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills required, particularly:

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Professional communication and customer service skills

Experience with property management software such as AppFolio is a plus
