Located on the waterfront, Harbor Grill at Stardust Marina is a destination for boaters, locals, and visitors seeking great food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and motivatedRestaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support our team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Position Summary
The Marina Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house service, staff leadership, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and financial performance. Candidates with kitchen experience are strongly preferred, as this role requires close collaboration with culinary staff and the ability to support kitchen operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front- and back-of-house staff.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor labor costs, inventory levels, and operating expenses.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
