In this role, you will help deliver exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their success with our innovative payroll and HR solutions.

What You Will Do:
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, servicing as a subject matter expert.
  • Assist clients in developing their skills to effectively utilize our platform.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • provide comprehensive training on systems functionality and address client needs and requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities to effectively engage clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
  • Utilize our technology to support payroll, time & attendance, HR, and other client needs.
What You Bring to Table:
  • Minimum of 3 years of expierence in payroll processing or implementation.
