NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center is seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to support the development, testing, and integration of electrical systems for spaceflight hardware and ground support equipment. Essential Job Duties
  • Design, analyze, and test electrical systems for aerospace applications
  • Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and interface control documents
  • Support integration of electrical components with mechanical and software systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis of electrical hardware
  • Ensure compliance with NASA standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance requirement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support mission objectives
  • Participate in lab operations, environmental testing, and flight certification processes

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, or systems integration (aerospace or defense experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of circuit design, power systems, and signal integrity
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Preferred experience with NASA programs, spaceflight hardware, or propulsion systems
