Job description

You must live in the greater Seattle area or >25 miles within the Seattle area, preferably South King county.

About us:

We are a family-owned, property management company looking for a motivated, full-time, maintenance technician (handy-man or handy-woman) who can work independently and confidently around Seattle and South King County. This position is full time at 40 hrs./week. Our portfolio comprises mostly of single-family homes, multi-plexes, and small apartment buildings.

We are looking for an individual who is approachable with a professional mannerism and exception communication skills-- someone who we can depend on to be accountable and reliable with problem solving skills.

  • Relevant skills and experience: Candidates have the necessary skills and experience required for the job. This includes both technical and soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude: Candidates maintain a positive attitude and are enthusiastic about their work. This can help create a positive work environment and improve team morale.
  • Adaptability: Candidates will be able to adapt to new situations and be willing to learn new things. This is especially important in today’s fast-paced work environment where things can change quickly.

The following are further REQUIRED:

> Min. 2 years’ experience in residential property maintenance

> Fully tooled with hand and small power tools.

> Own a truck or van, SUV, licensed and insured.

> Live in the greater Seattle area including, Eastside or S. King County.

> Be proficient with repair/replacement of electrical/plumbing fixtures.

> Home office w/ desktop computer/laptop, Windows 7 or later, MS Office, Google Suites.

> Smart phone and/or tablet.

> Be willing to climb on (shallow pitch) roofs and clean them. We vend out 4:12 pitch roofs.

> Crawl in attics or crawl spaces as needed.

> Administrative tasks including but not limited to time tracking, submitting work orders, uploading receipts, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
