Earn $17.40 per hour starting base wage with ability to earn more!

Now hiring for a Material Handler on first shift (5:00am – 1:30pm).

Position responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Under general supervision, handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure that production has required components to maintain established workflow. Locate materials and expedite part shortages within the plant. Communicate all part issues to group leaders and supervisors.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours and over-time when required.

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires 0-1 years related experience.

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role, starting at $17.40 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
