We are looking for a dedicated DME delivery technician who views every delivery as an opportunity to improve someone’s quality of life.

The Role: Enriching Lives Through Service

As a DME delivery technician, you are the face of our mission. You will be responsible for the delivery, setup, and maintenance of life-sustaining and life-enhancing medical equipment. Your goal is to ensure our patients feel confident and supported in their homes through expert technical service and compassionate education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mission-Driven Delivery: Safely transport and install medical equipment (oxygen, mobility aids, hospital beds) with a focus on creating a safe, comfortable environment for the patient.
  • Empowering Patients: Provide clear, patient-centered instruction on equipment use, ensuring every individual feels empowered to manage their health at home.
  • Technical Excellence: Perform thorough safety inspections and repairs to guarantee that our equipment consistently meets the high standards our patients deserve.
  • Compassionate Advocacy: Act as a professional and empathetic resource for patients and caregivers, answering questions and troubleshooting issues with patience and care.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain meticulous records and a clean inventory to ensure the right tools are always ready to enrich the next life.

Qualifications

  • A genuine desire to help others and a commitment to our mission of enriching lives.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tasks simply.
  • Ability to lift/maneuver heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) with care.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or GED; prior healthcare or delivery experience is a plus.
