We're seeking experienced steel MIG welders (2-4 years' experience) to join our collaborative, solutions-focused team in Yorkville, WI. No certification is required - if you've got the skills and a passion for quality, we want to talk to you.


Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

MIG weld steel trailer or yard ramps and components per blueprints or shop drawings

Inspect work for strength, accuracy, and appearance

Use a variety of shop tools (grinders, saws, torches, plasma cutters, etc.)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Meet daily production goals through teamwork and communication

Lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Contribute to material tracking and fixture/jig setup as needed

Demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
