Job description

Rovanco Piping Systems, a leading manufacturer of pre-insulated piping systems, has an immediate need for a non-union GMAW Welder.
  • Perform duties to fabricate plastic and metal reservoirs utilizing various welding machines and equipment.
  • Work from blueprints, shop orders and instructions.
  • Set up angles and temperatures on plastic welder.
  • Operate hand welding torch to fabricate and attach metal couplings and covers.
  • Set up head, speeds and gas pressure on seam welder.
  • Replace tips and cones on welding equipment as needed.

Requirements
  • Certified per ASME Section 9 a plus!
  • Ability to produce X-ray quality welds using GMAW, SMAW, and SAW process is vital
  • Required to pass a 1G, 5G and 6G pipe test
