Job Title: Solderer Assembler
Job Description

The Solderer/Assembler plays a crucial role in the assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards by performing various types of soldering, including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering. This position requires frequent use of a microscope to ensure precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering of electronic components.
• Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Utilize a microscope to carry out detailed soldering tasks.
• Ensure high standards of quality and precision in all assembly processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in soldering, including surface mount and thru-hole techniques.
• Experience in electronic assembly.
• Competence in using hand tools and wiring.
• Ability to see clearly through a microscope.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on tasks.
• High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience is advantageous.
• Experience in electrical assembly is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional overtime available. The work environment is designed for comfort and efficiency, supporting a focus on quality and precision.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
