Location: Katy, TX 77494
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr (W2)
Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday, 6:00 AMโ€“2:00 PM

Job Summary
Seeking a Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating production equipment, trimming finished products, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare metal inserts through sandblasting, taping, and adhesive application.
  • Trim finished rubber parts.
  • Operate extruders and related production equipment.
  • Maintain equipment and raw materials per production orders.
  • Follow quality and safety standards.
  • Assist in training other employees.
  • Perform general production and shop-floor duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Steel-toe shoes required.
Preferred
