Job Description

  • Analyze legacy data warehouse structures, schemas, and dependencies to determine migration scope
  • Review and interpret functional specifications; translate into SAP HANA (XSA) data models
  • Inventory relevant applications and map data lineage across upstream/downstream systems
  • Design and develop optimized HANA data models (tables, views, calculation views)
  • Define data mappings and support ETL processes for migration to HANA
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and migration teams to align requirements and delivery
  • Support end-to-end migration activities including testing, defect resolution, and cutover readiness
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of data models in HANA

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with SAP HANA / XSA data modeling, SQL, and data warehousing
  • Experience with data migration, data mapping, and validation processes
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
