Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position as an Assistant General Manager at our Fruitland, MD location. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and support staff management and development. Key responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, managing budgets, achieving sales goals, coordinating with department heads, and assisting in compliance with hotel standards and policies. The role also involves identifying opportunities for service improvement and contributing to overall business success.
