Job description

Consumer Support Specialist Primary Function: The Customer Service Specialist will fulfill our customers' (particularly homeowners') needs with valued information to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Answer homeowner phone calls/emails and assist them in problem solving
  • Work closely with other departments (Shipping, Product, Warranty, Tech Support) to ensure customers' needs are being taken care of
  • Escalate customer issues to corresponding departments when necessary
  • Navigate Bradford White website to answer customer questions in a timely manner
  • Prep and enter customer orders as needed, in backup role
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Independent work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
