Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional campaign deliverables, approvals, creative assets, and launch activities to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
  • Develop, edit, and publish content across digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and paid advertising.
  • Implement SEO best practices and customer engagement strategies across various content.
  • Measure and analyze content performance to inform future strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Conduct periodic content audits to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize content strategy.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry news, and competitor activity; compile daily clips; maintain media lists; track coverage results; and support news releases, announcements, and other media relations activities.
  • Develop and execute internal communications that support business priorities, organizational initiatives, change management efforts, and employee engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and technologies to support content development, research, analytics, reporting, and campaign execution.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
  • Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent education. 
  • No previous experience is required; any experience in digital marketing is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred is strongly preferred. 

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Digital Marketing Coordinator, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
