Position Summary:
The Salon Receptionist is the first face our clients see and ensures that the salon schedule and experience run smoothly. The Salon Receptionist has strong organizational skills and is a friendly team player who is highly motivated to maintain and help elevate existing salon systems. The Salon Receptionist sets the tone for a positive atmosphere and embodies The Boho Brand culture and values. 
What We are Looking for: 
• Be the leading example of The Boho Brand in: Attitude, Hospitality and Professionalism.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
•  Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cross-departmental communication and support.
•  Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
•  Lead scheduling guests and any changes through our salon system
•  The candidate is professional and exudes and understands our aesthetic from head to toe. Understands trends. Has a deep love for the beauty industry ( hair, skin, and wellness)
• The Front of House is responsible for maintaining a clean front of house space, ensuring all guests are checked in and offered beverages, hanging guests coats, communicating if a stylist is running behind/ early, and much more. 
• Experience as a receptionist or in a salon environment is preferred
