Super Cuts/Cost Cutters  Family Salons in the Omaha Area is looking for an energetic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our talented team of hair professionals! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for hair with your leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you thrive on building great teams and delivering exceptional salon experiences, we want to hear from you!

WHAT WE OFFER
Are you looking for a place where you can change people’s lives? You’ve come to the right place. A haircut is not just a haircut with us, it’s an experience, whether you’re giving a client a haircut, color and highlights, waxing or one of our specialty services. It’s your skill matched with our proprietary tools and techniques that will set you up for success. For Full time stylist we offer,  base pay and commissions (whichever is higher) plus tips paid daily. 401k matching and PTO. Further training and development for Managers. Established Clientele.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and staff
  • Recruit, train, and mentor hair stylists and salon associates to deliver consistent, high-quality services
  • Monitor and drive salon performance metrics including sales goals, client retention, and productivity
  • Manage scheduling, training, and inventory to maintain optimal staffing and supply levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution to maintain outstanding client satisfaction
  • Implement promotional strategies and upsell retail hair care products to boost revenue
Requirements:
  • Active Nebraska Cosmetology License required
  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management or supervisory role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with salon scheduling software and point-of-sale systems a plus
