Do you love sparkly hair, creative people, local markets, and a job that definitely does not involve sitting behind a desk all day? You might be our next fairy. 🧚‍♀️💫

Fairy Hair Garden is hiring in Leesburg!

We’re a colorful, artist-owned hair business specializing in Fairy Hair and other creative hair services, with studios and pop-ups throughout Virginia. We’re looking for someone fun, dependable, outgoing, and genuinely excited about making people feel a little more magical.

🌈 What you’ll be doing:

• Installing Fairy Hair and learning our specialty techniques

• Working with clients of all ages and personalities

• Helping at our Leesburg studio and local markets/events

• Creating a welcoming, fun experience for every client

• Representing Fairy Hair Garden out in the community

• Occasionally being covered in glitter — occupational hazard ✨

🧚 Our dream fairy is someone who:

• Is friendly, confident, creative & great with people

• Is reliable and comfortable working independently

• Loves hair, fashion, art, beauty or creative self-expression

• Enjoys markets, events and meeting new people

• Is available for a mix of studio shifts and events in the Leesburg/NOVA area

Hair or beauty experience is absolutely a plus, but we’re also interested in the RIGHT PERSON. Technique can be taught. Being dependable, kind, personable and excited to be part of what we’re building matters just as much.
