About the Role

Nutrire is seeking a Brand Ambassador to drive brand growth, retail performance, and salon partner engagement across the Chicagoland market—including the city and surrounding suburbs.

This field-based role represents the Nutrire brand inside partner salons through relationship building, product education, in-salon support, event execution, and retail sell-through initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in prestige beauty, skincare, makeup, or professional haircare, and knows how to build brand awareness and client engagement within luxury beauty retail and service environments.

What You'll Do

• Represent Nutrire as a polished, professional Brand Ambassador across salon and retail environments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GMs, Techs, leadership teams, and clients.

• Execute brand initiatives, promotions, product launches, and in-salon events.

• Educate clients on Nutrire products, scalp wellness, and healthy haircare practices.

• Drive retail awareness and support sell-through opportunities within partner locations.

• Communicate regularly with internal leadership on territory activity, opportunities, and business needs.

• Travel consistently throughout the Chicagoland territory, including downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

• Support evening and weekend events as business needs require.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in prestige beauty, skincare, makeup, or professional haircare (preferred).

Prior experience at ULTA Beauty and/or Sephora (required).

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• A proven ability to build relationships and represent a luxury beauty brand with polish and professionalism.

• Self-motivated with sharp organizational and time management skills.

• Comfort working independently in a field-based role.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• A flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Brand representative or field sales experience.

• Beauty retail management or education-support experience.

• Experience supporting product launches, events, or in-store activations.

• Existing relationships within the Chicagoland beauty community.
