Job Details
Haemonetics is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician based out of its Center of Excellence in Clinton, PA! This person will be responsible for Device History Records, Product Release, Product Audit, Environmental Testing, and special projects as assigned. The working schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 10:30pm-7:00am
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and promptly fill out required forms and paper work documenting inspection and audit functions. Assist in the management of the calibration and environmental monitoring programs.
  • Audit Product History Records, Sterilization Records, and other documentation as required, in order to prepare product for release.
  • Carry out specialized testing and investigation as assigned to measure and quantify specific quality issues.
  • Perform inspection on incoming raw material per approved procedures. Assist in monitoring supplier quality trends and corrective action.
  • Perform routine audits of the molding and assembly operation per QCP's. Work with manufacturing to establish corrective action and assure effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, required.
  • Working knoweldge of quality assurance and quality control systems, preferred.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong math skills
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in the medical device industry preferred

Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this role is:
$19.90-$30.80/Hourly

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.
