Who you are:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Growth Marketer to own and amplify our brand presence across all channels. This role is perfect for someone who understands the intersection of brand storytelling, community engagement, and growth hacking in the modern digital landscape. You think with a growth marketer's mindset but operate with a hacker's speed. You understand what truly drives results and can build just enough to demonstrate value quickly.

What you will do: 

  • Build and ship Marketing MVPs of growth experiments using tools like Clerk AI, Clay, Make, or custom scripts without needing support from Engineering.
  • Leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to stitch together growth infrastructure that scales smarter.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and data science to test and refine ideas that unlock new growth levers.

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a comparable role, preferably within a B2B tech setting.
  • Skilled in using growth automation and growth-hacking tools such as Clay, Make, or similar automation platforms
  • Proven experience driving user acquisition and scaling marketing efforts in fast-moving environments
  • Has created innovative, creative marketing campaigns from end to end - not just execution, but full creative strategy and implementation
  • Has owned a growth agency before, has entrepreneurial experience scaling marketing for multiple clients

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with early-stage startup environments and passion for building from scratch
  • Comfort with AI, LLMs, or conversational automation tools
  • Track record of viral marketing moments or trending content
