Job description

Join a skilled manufacturing team as a 3rd Shift CNC Machinist, where you will play a key role in producing high-quality parts using both CNC and manual machining equipment. This position is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Haas CNC Mills, as well as manual lathes and mills, to meet production goals and ensure product quality. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, program, and operate Haas CNC Milling machines, as well as manual lathes and mills, for production parts.
  • Monitor machine operations to detect defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Measure workpiece dimensions to verify accuracy and quality of output.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and documentation to determine tooling and material requirements.
  • Maintain and clean machinery and equipment according to schedule and as needed.
  • Keep work area organized and report any equipment or process issues to the lead machinist, supervisor, or maintenance department.
  • Use time efficiently to meet production deadlines and communicate any barriers to timely completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and production goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
