Community Support Supervisor
Full Time Schedule with On Call Rotation
KenCrest is seeking Community Support Supervisor to oversee a team of our Supported Independent Living Community Support Workers and the caseloads of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that they serve.
Our Community Support Workers act as advocates, companions, and facilitators while they assist program participants with intellectual disabilities and diverse behavioral and mental health needs with support in their home and community.
As a Community Support Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Community Support Workers within a designated area, facilitate collaboration meetings with team members and other stakeholders, complete and update HRST (Health Risk Screening Tool) ratings, develop and evaluate services for assigned caseloads, oversee crisis management protocols and ensure all staff are trained, maintain regulatory compliance, ensure timely and accurate billing, and other supervisory and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
  • Minimum one (1) year direct supervisory experience
  • Minimum two (2) years working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and diverse behavioral or mental health diagnoses
  • Valid Driver's License
