What is an H2B Housekeeping job?

An H2B Housekeeping job is a temporary, seasonal housekeeping position in the U.S. filled by foreign workers through the H-2B visa program. These roles typically involve cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and facilities in hotels, resorts, or similar establishments. Employers hire H-2B workers when they cannot find enough local labor to meet seasonal demand. Workers must return to their home country after the visa period ends unless they obtain an extension or a new visa.
