A H1B Sponsorship Process Engineer is an engineering professional who is sponsored by a U.S. employer to work in the United States under the H1B visa program. This role typically involves designing, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing or business processes, and requires a specialized engineering degree. The 'sponsorship' aspect means the employer petitions the U.S. government to allow the engineer to work legally in the country.
