Gynecologic Oncologist Opportunity
St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital & Resurrection Medical Center
Chicago, Illinois
Join a dynamic, mission-driven team delivering high-quality, compassionate cancer care to the diverse communities of Chicago. Prime Healthcare's St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital (a 361-bed safety-net hospital on the West Side) and Resurrection Medical Center (a well-established teaching hospital on the Northwest Side) are expanding gynecologic oncology services with the backing of a nationally recognized health system.
We seek a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologic Oncologist to provide comprehensive surgical, medical, and multidisciplinary care for women with gynecologic malignancies (ovarian, uterine, cervical, and other reproductive cancers). You'll perform complex and minimally invasive/robotic procedures, oversee chemotherapy and targeted therapies, and collaborate closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, and supportive care teams.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology (must have completed an ACGME-accredited 3-year Gynecologic Oncology fellowship following a 4-year OB/GYN residency)
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of Illinois
  • Strong surgical skills, including experience with minimally invasive and robotic techniques (preferred)
  • Commitment to providng compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a community hospital setting

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000 to $550,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
