Job description

Warehouse Loader

Location: Springfield, MO

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation: Starts at $16/hr

Description: This position is accountable for the safe and efficient unloading, staging, and loading of company delivery trucks.

The Warehouse Loader's primary duties include learning and following the Company's programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely and accurate loading of delivery trucks. The Warehouse Loader is responsible for checking in drivers, unloading any empty kegs or pallets on the route trucks, putting away any returned product, compacting plastic and cardboard, ensuring the area is clean nightly, organizing breaker product, and completing the loading of each truck's refrigerated items (such as kegs). They will be expected to learn and follow all safety regulations as well as the Warehouse procedures and policies and all quality control standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse Environment
  • On a forklift 85% of the time.
  • Moving/Lifting 25 – 160 lbs regularly

Experience/Education Requirement:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
