Part Time Receptionist
Ozark, MO

For this position, we are looking for a passionate and friendly individual who will greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm as soon as they walk through our doors!
Job Summary:
Welcome customers to our showroom and assist them with their needs. Handle incoming calls by identifying the nature of their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate destination. Provide basic information, route calls, and take messages as needed. This position is Monday through Thursday from 2:30-7pm and Saturday 8-6pm.
Responsibilities:
Greet showroom guests and determine the nature of their visit.
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Answers incoming phone calls. Direct caller to appropriate department or individual or take a thorough message.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Assists with clerical duties as requested, such as copying, filing, scanning. Etc.
Maintains a clean and neat appearance.
Working cooperatively with the sales team and the entire dealership
Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of lobby and customer lounge area
Other duties as assigned
