Job description

Medical Receptionist Opportunity

Caring for children is the most important thing we do at Island Coast Pediatrics, and our staff play a vital role in our mission. Our staff is our most valuable asset and we recognize they are key to our success in the ever-changing healthcare industry. We are seeking caring individuals to add a personal touch while engaging with our patients and families.

As a Medical Receptionist, primary tasks include the following:

  • Incoming phone reception
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Insurance verification
  • Patient office check-in and check-out

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel between locations in Ft. Myers, Estero, & Cape Coral
  • Ability to work one Saturday a month
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Minimum one year of medical office experience preferred
  • Covid-19 vaccine preferred
