GYM CLEANER
Anytime Fitness | Part-Time
Be the reason our members walk into a spotless gym every day. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help us maintain a safe, welcoming environment across our Anytime Fitness locations.
Role Overview
Job Type: Part-Time, 8-12 hours/week
Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 2-3 hours each, during non-peak hours
Must be able to work during non-peak hours: Between 9:00am-4:00pm or after 7:00pm
Pay: $13.00-$15.00/hour
What You'll Do
  • Clean gym facilities and equipment following the established cleaning checklist
  • Vacuum, dust, mop, and sweep all areas to keep them litter-free
  • Clean and wipe down cardio and weight equipment, mirrors, and windows
  • Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, functional training/turf areas, and bathrooms
  • Collect and dispose of trash from all areas of the gym
  • Report facility needs to site managers - repairs, burnt-out bulbs, supply shortages, etc.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 6 months of cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience (1 year preferred)
  • Ability to follow written and oral directions and work independently
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping practices
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work at a consistent pace
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to work across club locations in New Hope, Crystal, Minnetonka, and Medina
  • Must provide references upon request
