What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
  • Fabricating ductwork using Pittsburgh seams and industry-standard methods
  • Running full system test-outs with performance-based tools (airflow, static pressure, combustion analysis)
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the install
  • Ensuring every job meets company standards for quality, efficiency, and performance
  • Mentoring and guiding install team members
  • Operating a fully stocked truck set up as your own traveling workshop

Beyond that:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC installer (lead experience preferred)
  • Strong sheet metal fabrication and duct system skills

  • EPA 608 certification preferred
