Role: Junior Gutter Installer

We start all new installers at a competitive hourly rate-$20/hr for beginners -so you're guaranteed stable pay while you learn and as our trucks build up workload.
Once you're trained up and running full capacity, we transition you to our revenue-share system. That means instead of being capped at hourly, you'll earn a percentage of your truck's revenue. Top installers are estimated to make $60K-$75K annually.
This is a junior position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least some skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Junior Gutter Installer Requirements:
  • Some experience in gutter installation, including both K-style & half-round gutters
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
