SEEKING EXPERIENCED GUTTER INSTALLER - FUTURE CREW LEADER (Jacksonville, FL)

This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of gutter installation experience, as well as skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years gutter installation experience (preferably as Lead Installer)
  • 2+ years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
  • Positive attitude & Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons; OK with heights; willingness to work some overtime occasionally
  • Interest in growing with the company - future leadership opportunities
  • OSHA 10/30 - preferred
  • Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
Compensation: Hourly Position ($20 - $35) -- Salary commensurate with experience; pay range includes weekly opportunities to earn performance bonuses and overtime.
