Overview
Mr. GoodRoof is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Gutter Installers who take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing things the right way. Our installers play a key role in protecting homes by delivering high-quality gutter and metal work that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and accessories to Mr. GoodRoof standards.
  • Work with aluminum, steel, and other metals for trim, flashing, and roof-to-gutter transitions.
  • Diagnose and repair gutter issues, including slope adjustments and leak resealing.
  • Maintain proper water flow and ensure all systems function as designed.
  • Keep the job site safe, clean, and organized from start to finish.
  • Protect company and homeowner assets — including tools, trucks, and property.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members on every job.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with gutter installation, metal fabrication, or related exterior trades.
  • Understanding of water flow, drainage, and roof-to-gutter integration.
  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, brakes, and hand tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
