Job description

Stern Gutters is seeking gutter installers to join our team. We install & repair gutters and fascia/soffits; we also clean gutters on residential and commercial buildings.

Prior gutter, roofing or siding experience is a must. Experience with carpentry and aluminum breaks is preferred.

We prefer experienced professionals. We also have a training program for career switchers or young pros - you can learn new skills and advance to a journeyman within a few months.

The Crew Member will be responsible for various tasks within the overall construction process and, periodically, may be tasked with gutter cleaning projects.

Responsibilities

- Measuring, cutting, and assembling gutter materials

- Handle and maintain tools and equipment

- Perform line tasks and projects, including installation of gutters, fascia trim, and soffits.

- Clean and organize work areas

Qualifications

- Must have prior gutter experience

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

- Clean driving record
