Gutter Cleaner (Full-Time) – Fairfield, NJ

Ned’s Home, a 2025 USA Today Top Workplace, is hiring full-time Gutter Cleaners in Fairfield, NJ. No experience required—we provide paid training!


Founded in 1965, Ned’s Home has grown into the world’s largest gutter cleaning company—while still maintaining the traditional values we were built on. We treat every customer as if they were our only customer.


Schedule: Mon–Sat, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No nights)


Responsibilities:

  • Perform gutter cleaning, repair, and installation on residential homes and commercial buildings (up to three stories)
  • Travel to job sites daily with your team and return before the end of the workday
  • Follow all safety procedures using our patented, OSHA-approved safety system
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every job

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • Experience in construction, labor, warehouse, or customer service is a plus (not required)
