High Rise Window Cleaner

We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious High Rise Window Cleaner who is trained in Rope Descent Systems (RDS) to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning windows on high-rise commercial buildings. You'll work independently and as part of a team, ensuring windows are cleaned to the highest standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Location: Detroit, MI (and nearby cities)

(Pay is discussed in an interview and based on experience and certifications.)

What You'll Do:

  • Clean high-rise and low-rise glass.
  • Use a water-fed pole system and pressure washer.
  • Work with lifts, ropes, ladders, and extension poles.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and building codes are followed during the cleaning process.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate projects.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and job site cleanliness.

Qualifications for the Job:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Rope Descent System certification is a plus, but is not required.
  • Aerial Lift certification is a plus, but is not required.
  • Experience working at heights (3 stories and up).
