We're all about welcoming new shooters and leading the industry in the shooting sports. Our team members have helped a mind-blowing 750,000 target shooters so far! Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Hours: This position requires a PART-TIME commitment of no more than 30 hours per week, which includes weekends and certain holidays. While we aim to provide scheduling flexibility, weekend availability is mandatory. Please note that we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Key Duties:
- Learn and proficiently operate the point of sale system while demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Directly sell lane rental, firearm rental, shooting accessories, and retail items
- Guide customers through the Shoot Smart experience by helping them have a safe, fun time
- Maintain range safety and ensure compliance with all policies
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the range by completing all tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Firearms proficiency and basic knowledge a plus
- NRA Range Safety Officer certification
- Excellent customer service skills and strong persuasion abilities
- Proven ability to operate a cash register
- Experience or training in the safe operation, storage, and troubleshooting of firearms
- Computer literacy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more and standing for long durations
- Demonstrate the five core values of Shoot Smart
