ABOUT THE POSITION:


The Opening & Closing Lead Technician is the leader responsible for opening, closing, and winterizing our customer’s commercial and residential pools and spas and frequently has one helper assigned to them to assist on their assigned routes.


NO WEEKENDS – Shift is M-F, starting at 7:00a.m. During peak season, (Spring/Fall), our technicians work between 50-60 hours per week with all work over 40 hours each week at 1.5x hourly rate.

o Our service department typically works nine (9) months a year (March-November).


COMPENSATION:

  • $20.00/hr. minimum starting base wage.
  • Year-End Bonus Potential - paid based on the employee’s performance and the company’s success.

Requirements:

ABOUT YOU:

Requirements for Opening & Closing Lead Technicians:

o Able to perform minor pool repairs: electrical and light plumbing.

o Able to drive and lead customer interaction.

o Knowledge and experience with pool automation systems, including automatic controllers.

o Knowledge and experience of pool water circulation equipment and setting or replacing system components.

o Knowledge and experience of water chemistry and balancing.

o Knowledge and experience of opening and closing pools, removing, installing winter safety covers.

Additional Requirements:

o Requires ability to ambulate, use of both arms and legs, bending, and lifting buckets and boxes of chemicals and supplies.

o Be at our facility in Erlanger, KY, M-F, ready to work at 7: 00A.M, work required overtime.

o Must be authorized to work in the United States.
