Job description

The Swimming Pool Construction Foreman oversees small teams, typically under 10 members, ensuring efficient and safe execution of swimming pool projects from site preparation to completion. This role involves direct supervision, quality control, and client interaction to deliver high-standard pool installations on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities and project progress
  • Build gunite & fiberglass swimming pools
  • Work with your team to maintain productivity and quality
  • Enforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free job site
  • Inspect work quality to meet project and regulatory standards
  • Manage materials and equipment usage efficiently

Required Qualifications
