Job description

NOW HIRING - STRUCTURAL FITTERS | GARRETT, INDIANA

We are currently hiring Structural Fitters for a conveyor installation project in Garrett, Indiana. Project duration is approximately 7 months.
Pay & Schedule:
  • $20/hour (regular).
  • $30/hour (overtime).
  • Approximately 55 hours per week.
  • $100 per diem (paid per day worked).

Requirements:
  • English required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Experience in structural fitting or mechanical installation.
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment and follow safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Installation and assembly of conveyor systems.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and layout drawings.
  • Aligning, positioning, and securing structural components.
  • Use of hand and power tools (impact guns, drills, levels, etc.).
  • Assisting with rigging, bolting, and equipment setup.
  • Following all safety standards and procedures.

Preferred:
  • OSHA 10 Certification.
  • Forklift experience.
