Your Role: General Assembler
A general assembler at G2 will serve those around them selflessly, encouraging and enabling the team to reach measurable success. This role is to lead by example.   • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Follow instructions from facility managers, floor supervisors and leads to take proactive steps to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Construct kitting and general assembly work according to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate staple guns, glue guns, pallet jack, and other tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Operate wood saws and other cutting equipment to prepare materials according to specifications
  • Ensure all materials assembled to meet customers' requirements.
  • Continuously strive to improve and take responsibility for personal and team performance.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and dependability to contribute consistently to the team's success.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
