As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Job Description:

Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient

Location Split between:

  • Kalamazoo, MI (Gull Road)

  • Kalamazoo (Q Drive) Texas Corners, MI

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:

  • $78,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, cert, etc.)

  • If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).

  • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for THIS opportunity (up to $10K)
