Operations Coordinator I

Ensures services and service related product are effective and customer requirements are met. Coordinates, monitors and improves services and service related product activities for the organization. Provides support and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site services. Ability to work as part of a team and exercise tolerance and consistency when dealing with others. Ensure all OSHA regulated safety training is current. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and compiles with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Seeks continuous improvement of overall performance within assigned area. Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process. Assist shop personnel with completion of JSAs and perform walk through safety inspections of work areas. Oversea lifting, loading, unloading, and moving of tools with lifting devices such as hoists and fork lifts. Ship, receive, and track all equipment. Verify all serial numbers on all equipment to those on the delivery ticket. Assign daily job activities. Review all delivery tickets for correct quantities and pricing. Maintain all “equipment location boards” and operator assignment boards and keep them current. Verify that all “sub-rental” equipment is tested or run before it leaves the Gulfstream Services location. Verify all connections and fittings before equipment leaves the Gulfstream Services location. Complete all QMSF contract realization related Forms. Interacts with customers on a regular basis in the following aspects: job planning, problem solving, execution of services and service related product per customer requirements. Assists with contract realization process including taking customer calls, interacting with GSI sales, review of customer requirements and review of Service Quality Plans as well as QMS processes, forms, instructions, etc. Leads and directs the work of others including identifying proper JSAs, QMS forms, processes and work instructions. Assumes personal responsibility for ensuring the duties of their position are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
