Job description

HVAC/Project Engineer - San Leandro, CA Responsibilities: Provide engineering depth and support/value to other divisions. Advise building owners on cost effective solutions when cost effective solutions arise. Communicating and attending meetings and field surveys required during design, as well as participating in formal engineering training of company personnel and provide specific direction of on the job training for design engineers, drafters and interns.

Assume responsibility for managing and maintaining schedule and time control system, budget, and monitor work activity/budget to ensure execution supports compliance with established criteria and specifications. Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other disciples. Requirements: Stable work history Knowledge in: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time. Directive leadership skills to assure quality standards are met. 4+ years of experience in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organized, and strong problem solving skill.
