Position Highlights:

  • Favorable Call Schedule: Call evenly split between physicians, majority phone call (call schedule 1:6 or less)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Financial Package: Base plus RVU/production, you choose your own compensation structure; currently offering base salary of $700k-$750k
  • Additional Bonus Incentives: RVU reimbursement above median MGMA
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000, negotiable
  • Full Benefits: Includes health/dental/vision & dependent coverage, retirement, CME, PTO, malpractice, and more
  • Relocation Assistance: $10,000, negotiable
