This full-time position is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation center located in the vibrant community of Roseville, California. • Provide evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy treatments to patients within the rehabilitation center, designed to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with our in-house orthopedic doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, and fellow physical therapists to develop integrated care plans that meet the diverse needs of our patients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ safety and functional capabilities, identifying specific areas for intervention and tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, exercise programs, and adaptive techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Utilize secure electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team discussions and clinical education opportunities to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse group of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will utilize your expertise to address unique challenges presented by each individual, ensuring that rehabilitation is both effective and person-centered.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current, valid Physical Therapy license in the State of California or eligibility to acquire one.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Proficient in creating personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and progress.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and rapport with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively, while remaining flexible and responsive to patient needs.

• Experience in homecare or outpatient services is highly desired, although confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment techniques specific to orthopedics.
